Position: Behavior Therapist

Location: Twin Cities Metro

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs. The therapist will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and track client progress through data collection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

  • Must pass a background check and complete required training

Position: Licensed Psychologist

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Minnesota)

Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to clients via telehealth or hybrid settings. The psychologist will support individuals with mental health needs through evidence-based interventions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology

  • Active Minnesota psychologist license (LP)

  • Experience in clinical assessment and psychotherapy

  • Strong communication, documentation, and telehealth skills

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Summary:
We are seeking a qualified BCBA to provide behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians. The BCBA will ensure high-quality care through data-driven interventions and collaboration with families and team members.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Current BCBA certification (BACB)

  • 1+ year of experience in behavior analysis preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Must meet Minnesota licensure and background check requirements
